IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR FILES

Check your spam folder first, and search your inbox for "Meanwhile History". If it is not there, email us with the address you used at checkout and we will resend your download link straight away. You do not need an order number.

IF A FILE WON'T OPEN

Tell us which device you are using (iPad, Android tablet, iPhone, Android phone, Windows, Mac or Chromebook), which file it is, and the app you tried to open it with. We will walk you through it. The Start Here guide also shows how to open everything, device by device.

IF YOU HAVE A QUESTION BEFORE BUYING

Ask. If you are researching your family, tell us which countries your ancestors came from, and we will tell you honestly whether the product covers them, including when it does not.

IF YOU SPOT A MISTAKE

Tell us the year and the entry. We will check it against the sources and fix it in the next version, which every customer gets free.

WHAT WE CANNOT DO

We cannot research your family tree for you, and we do not sell printed copies: every file prints at home, and the Wall Timeline can also be printed as one poster at a print shop.
